RESIDENTIAL 

Professionally cleaned windows make the inside of your house feel bigger and brighter. On top of the cosmetics it is important to keep your windows clean to improve the lifespan of the glass. It is recommended that you clean your windows at least twice per year to avoid buildup that can permanently etch the glass.

Exterior

For residential windows we like to use the traditional method of squeegeeing the window. We believe this nose to glass technique produces the best results. We remove your screens for you where possible and clean the glass, frames and sills of the window. Every window is detailed using surgical grade, lint free cloths. The results: Stellar.

Interior

Interior window washing can be a tricky business and not every company offers it for that reason. But that's not us! When cleaning interior windows we use the same in depth cleaning process as the exterior but we take the utmost care to make sure your home/belongings are not harmed in the process. We remove our shoes before entering your home. Drop sheets where appropriate to cover any dripping that may occur from the window. If we have to bring a ladder in to reach high windows in your house we will put mats down to protect your floor and attach clean ladder mitts to protect your walls. We are also able to move large items, within reason, that may be obstructing access to any windows.

Screens

After removing your screens to clean your windows you can also ask us to clean them for you! Depending on the level of dirt/dust buildup there are two options. We can do a dry dusting of your screens or take a wet non abrasive brush to them and put them aside to dry while we clean your windows.

Track Detailing

Do you have dirty window tracks? We offer a full deep cleaning service of those dirty hard to clean tracks.

Railing Glass

If it’s glass we can clean it. Having sparkling railing glass can really give your home that wow factor. We clean the glass and wipe down the railing to keep things shiny. If your railing has got serious buildup you can inquire about a full clean with the pressure washer.

COMMERCIAL

Having a clean storefront can mean the difference between somebody choosing to walk in to a store or not. We can clean commercial glass up to 5 stories and are able to schedule times in or outside of business hours to suit your needs. POST CONSTRUCTION 

Post construction cleans are the most challenging part of window washing. Silicone finger prints, concrete splatters, baked on stickers, overspray and probably a spilled coffee or two are just some of the things a professional window washer should expect when arriving to do a post construction clean. Not only that but they have become even more challenging in the last few years with the emergence of fabricating debris on tempered and heat treated glass due to a lack of quality control. This debris can become dislodged when the window washer's best friend, a scraper, come into contact with it, scraping across your expensive glass. It takes a careful and well informed professional to take the time and care required to properly clean this glass without damage. With a full arsenal of cleaning products such as Goof-Off, vinegar, a scraper (where deemed appropriate), 0000 steel wool and more we will carefully and methodically clean your windows to that brand new look you clients desire. Even with the utmost in care and knowledge, fabricating debris can still sometimes be dislodged and cause scrapes across this defective glass. It is because of this that we require a waiver to be signed clearing Stellar Window Washing of any liability in the case of scratches on tempered or heat treated glass. It is highly recommended that you contact your manufacturer and ask them if the glass has been scratch tested before ordering.  Manufacturers are not taking responsibility for this defective glass and window washers and contractors are getting burned the world over. The onus is on us to demand higher standards of manufacturing, it's not like glass is cheap.
